New Delhi, June 20: At 8.30 AM Holy Eucharist offered by Most Rev. Msgr. Hypolite Adigwie from Nigeria. The theme of the day was “ Judge yourself first, not others”. In his homily monsignor Hypolite stressed the need of mental prayer, which helps us to concentrate as well as to be patient in our lives. Fr. Shishir from Bangladesh thanked the celebrant.
Former IYCS chaplain Rev. Fr. Mike from South Africa took a session on “Global overview of Crisis and conflicts that IYCS has to take into account”. He explained three struggles that we face in the present world. Namely; Power struggles, Economic struggles, Human dignity struggles. He mentioned the realities as well as WHY aspect of these struggles. Whole talk based on the methodology of See – Judge – Act.
After which he answered the question answer session. after lunch groups were sent for group decision.
AFTERNOON SESSION

Soon after the Lunch there was a session by Mr. Ruki, Srilanka based on spirituality. He focused on mainly three areas.
1. Spirituality that makes prayer relevant to daily life of the people.
2. Spirituality that will read the signs of the time.
3. Spirituality that will adopt that Jesus Mission; A spirituality that will enable direct involvement in bringing the good news or making it happen.
4. A spirituality that makes a preferential option for the poor.
5. A spirituality also dialogues with the rich and powerful as Jesus did.
6. A spirituality that believe in life after death that is new heaven and earth and religion of God.
7. A spirituality that has a prophetic in nature.

Rev. Fr. Paul Tiga, the IYCS Chaplain conducted the quiz on World Youth Day for the delegates. He also conducted meditation for the delegates.
After the dinner there was meeting with the Chaplains and animators also the continental gatherings.
