I, (Name) /  do solemnly affirm / that I will / to the best of my ability / execute the duties and responsibilities / of the ______ (position) / representing _____ (unit/ diocese/ region/ nation) / that I will participate / in all the movement activities without fail/that I will promise to accept and follow the methodology and the spirituality of the movement / that I will dutifully uphold and preserve / the  Constitution of Young Catholic Students/ Young Students Movement /  its aims and objectives/ I take this pledge fully knowing my responsibility / asking strength from God, the loving Father /  to  live up to the trust / placed in me / and work with the students and animators for the welfare of the movement / to change my Self and to change others/  to Build a New Society- God’s Kingdom.
