New Delhi, April 12: IYCS General Secretory Mr. Eduardo Koutsava, was in India. Preliminary preparations were done after the Steering Committee meeting met Nuncio to India, His Excellency Archbishop Salvatore Pennacchio. CBCI Youth Commission Secretory Fr. Allwyn D’ Souza and his team helped us to do these things. Looking forward for further deliberations.
