July 4, 2013 : The 1st YSM Office Bearers and Animators Training Program of Udupi diocese was held at the Holy Cross Student House Katapadi, Udupi. There were 112 students leaders and 17 animators from 17 various schools of Udupi Diocese.
The program began with a prayer song, Fr Charles Menezes, YCS/YSM National Chaplain welcomed the Students and animators. Fr Roshan D’Souza lit the lamp along with 2 student rep. The chief guest of the program Fr Simon D’Souza gave his sweet message. Fr Edwin D’Souza, Youth Director of Udupi Diocese thanked everyone with his vote of thanks. Mr. Norbert Misquith, resource person, Mr. Josline vas, YCS/YSM Regional President and Mr. Jason YCS President of Udupi Diocese were present on the dais. Mr. Norbert Misquith began the program with the ice breaking session. He gave the basic knowledge of YSM movement. Fr. Charles Menezes trained the animators. The new office bearers were elected.
