The first LOC meeting was held at Bethel, Shillong on 5th April, 2013. About 18 LOC members took part in it. Archbishop Leo also accompanied us in the meeting and guided the proceedings. The work was distributed among the LOC and briefed about their role at the National Council. Fr. Mark Lakra, Sr. Agnes and the NERYC team has been doing all the preparatory work for the smooth running of the National Council.
