I was a very quiet boy and just did not want to do anything in life other than my studies. I did not mingle with people and would not like to talk much. It seemed as if I lived in a world of my own. I will never forget the day, 28th June 2003, because it was this day, which changed my life completely. On that day I was elected a DTS member in the Beginners Session at Workers Centre, the next week we had to attend the DTS training program, which was held in our office at Catholic Centre, conducted by our National EXCO Ms. Saranya. The icebreakers in the beginning enabled us to know more about ourselves. There was a lot of fun, but at the same time it was a great learning experience to be a part of the team. After some programs, I began to like the movement and considered people as my own and learned to give a helping hand to others who have been a great inspiration to me. The movement has given me so much in life that I would love to serve the Movement as long as I can. Let YCS/YSM light shine forever through all of us.
