At first when I was traveling on the train going to Bhopal, I was a bit worried about what type of people i would meet at the convention. However, when I reached the Bhopal, and met all my fellow National EXCOs at St. Xavier School, I felt welcomed into the family because of the love they showed me and that helped me face the National Convention more confidently knowing that they would help me out when I ask them. As the Convention began, I still had my doubts about the type of people who would be coming to the Convention, however, after some time I found out that the people were all very loving and I was able to approach them and greet them more easily.
I met a lot of people over there, perhaps too many people at once because I could not remember all their names and I had to ask for them over and over again in order to register them in my mind. People like Joswin, Arpan, etc, kept on approaching me and asking if I remembered their names or not so many times. As the concluding ceremony began, I didn’t want the Convention to end and I was having the bitter-sweet feeling which made me feel like crying, but I remembered the saying that “Do not cry cause it has ended, but be happy that it has happened”. Thank You.
