Our Life is a Process. It is a process of growth, change and transformation. This is our experience and we cherish the experience. The life of our Movement too undergoes this process and we the students, animators and chaplains all are part of it. The growth and transformation we experience and witness is the whole process of our methodology, the Review of Life. The ROL is the life process of the Movement. The deeper we observe and analyse the situation and reality and reflect upon, we become more aware of the reality. The more we are aware of the situation and the reality. We are called to deeper commitment to the cause, to respond to the needs and to address the issues. At this juncture, it is very important to all of us to reflect deeply together as one Movement. How far does the Movement helps the Members grow? Is there real attitudinal and behavioral change in the members? Has the Movement influenced others? How much is the effect of the Movement on the Community? These reflections will definitely take a deeper involvement in the life and work of the Movement.
A lot of awareness, formative and animation programs and activities are organized at different levels. The cells/ units through various undertakings involve in the life of the local community. We are all witness to the fact that these undertakings do bring change in our daily lives.
As is the task of each of us, let us reflect together and participate in the process of evaluation that has been initiated. This will also help to give direction to the whole Movement and also to evolve a theme to address the immediate and important issues. This participation of each and every one of us will be of great value in our efforts to build a world of peace and justice.
Thus let us search and strive together and give direction to the Movement. A direction towards realization of a new situation. That is the promise and hope of a transformed society. Our dream is to transform the situation. Let us have a strong faith that we are definitely going to transform the situation. For this we are to be symbols of hope. The world around us is in need of such beacons of hope. Let all our undertakings go about bringing hope. In a special way, through the experience of the presence of God in our lives, let us become witnesses to His presence and symbols of Hope.
